take a breath

Don't forget to take a breath sometimes.

Your mind is your safe haven.
  • Find a quiet space
    Sit comfortably in a chair with your back straight and your hands on your knees or in your lap. 🌿
  • Breathe deeply
    Close your eyes and take a few deep, audible breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.🍃
  • Check in with your body
    Notice your posture and the sensations where your body touches the chair and your feet touch the ground.💫
